Payment Options:
A healthy and beautiful smile is an investment!
The following options are available to you for your dental investment:
Patients Without Insurance:
- Patients may pay in full for their treatment plan upon its commencement. Payment with cash or check at the start of treatment earns a 7% discount of the fee for your treatment plan.
- Patients pay 1/3 of the fee on the day treatment begins, 1/3 of the fee during treatment and take care of the remaining 1/3 on the day treatment is completed.
- Patients may pay with a MasterCard or Visa. However, the 7% savings does not apply to credit card transactions.
- Patients may apply for convenient financing through Dental Credit Card Financing.
- For amounts under $100, we request that payment be made in full at the time of service.
Patients With Insurance:
Many services we provide are deemed cosmetic by insurance carriers and therefore are not covered by most dental policies. We offer patients two alternatives with the above payment plans:
- We can predetermine your benefit to see if the insurance carrier will cover the treatment. This takes up to 6 weeks to be processed. We can then make an arrangement for your portion.
- Or, patients may arrange to pay the total amount just as if they did not have insurance. Many of our patients take advantage of the 7% savings, even when they have insurance.
